บทคัดย่อ
การตรวจเอกลักษณ์สมุนไพรบัวบกในเขตพื้นที่พื้นที่ตำบลห้วยด้วน อำเภอดอนตูม จังหวัดนครปฐมตามตำรามาตรฐานยาสมุนไพรไทย โดยผลการตรวจสอบ พบว่า ลักษณะเด่นทางจุลทรรศน์ของบัวบก epidermis showing stoma, vascular bundle and rosette aggregate crystals, unicellular trachoma, scalarform and pitted vessels และ collenchymas ผลการตรวจสอบเอกลักษณ์ทางเคมีพบสารกลุ่มฟีโนลิกและไตรเทอร์ปีนไกลโคไซค์ เมื่อทำการทดสอบด้วยวิธีเทคนิคทินเลเยอร์โครมาโทกราฟี พบสาร asiaticoside และ asiatic acid ตรงตำแหน่งที่ 4,5 มีค่า hRf เท่ากับ 30.909, 58.182 ตามลำดับ ผลการตรวจสอบเอกลักษณ์ทางเคมี-ฟิสิกส์และกายภาพ พบปริมาณสิ่งแปลกปลอมน้อยกว่า 2.00 โดยน้ำหนัก ความชื้นอยู่ที่ช่วงร้อยละ 6.980±0.517 ถึง 11.997±1.253 โดยน้ำหนัก เถ้ารวมอยู่ที่ช่วงร้อยละ 7.343±4.623 ถึง 9.821±1.812 โดยน้ำหนัก และเถ้าที่ไม่ละลายในกรดร้อยละ 0.416±0.076 ถึง 0.533±0.160 โดยน้ำหนัก ปริมาณสารสกัดด้วยเอทานอลความเข้มข้นร้อยละ 95 และปริมาณสารสกัดด้วยน้ำมีค่าอยู่ที่ช่วง17.266±0.378 ถึง 17.666±2.470 และ 32.233±1.594 ถึง 34.600±2.773 โดยน้ำหนักแห้ง ตามลำดับ จากผลการตรวจสอบเอกลักษณ์ พบว่า สมุนไพรบัวบกที่ปลูกในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลห้วยด้วน อำเภอดอนตูม จังหวัดนครปฐมเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดมาตรฐานสมุนไพรบัวบกตาม Supplement to Thai Herbal Pharmacopoeia 2004

Abstract
Identification of Centella asiatica (L.) Urb. Cultured in Huai Duan District, Dontum Prefecture, Nakhon Pathom Province according to the Supplement to Thai Herbal Pharmacopoeia 2004 was performed. The microscopic characteristics of the herb revealed epidermis showing stoma, vascular bundle and rosette aggregate crystals, unicellular trachoma, scalarform and pitted vessels and collenchymas. Chemical Identification found that Phenolic and triterpene glycoside were found in Centella asiatica (L.) Urb. Extract determined by thin-layer chromatography technique showed asiaticoside and asiatic acid at 4 th and 5 th position which possessed hRf as 30.909 and 58.182. respectively. The Identification of chemical and physical properties of Centella asiatica (L.) Urb. Found that the quantity of foreigh matter was less than 2.00% by weight, moistuer content was in the range of 6.980 ± 0.517% to 11.997± 1.253% by weight, total ash was in the range of 7.343 ± 4.623% to 9.821 ± 1.812% by weight and acid-insoluble ash was in the range of 0.416± 0.076% to 0.533 ± 0.160% by weight. The % yield of extract with 95% ethanol and water were 17.666± 2.470 to 17.266 ± 0.378 and 34.600 ± 2.773 and 32.233 ± 1.594 by dry weight respectively. The Identification of Centella asiatica (L.) Urb. Cultured in Huai Duan District, Dontum Prefecture, Nakhon Pathom Province found to comply with the requirements in the herbal Centella asiatica (L.) Urb.. of Supplement to Thai Herbal Pharmacopoeia 2004.
