บทคัดย่อ

        ประสะไพล เป็นตำรับยาสมุนไพรที่อยู่ในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติ จัดเป็นยารักษากลุ่มอาการทางสูติศาสตร์นรีเวชวิทยา  ส่วนประกอบมีไพลหนัก 81 ส่วน และมีส่วนประกอบของสมุนไพรอื่นๆ คือ ผิวมะกรูด ว่านน้ำ กระเทียม หัวหอม พริกไทย ดีปลี ขิง ขมิ้นอ้อย เทียนดำ เกลือสินเธาว์ หนักสิ่งละ 8 ส่วน และการบูรหนัก 1 ส่วน ข้อบ่งใช้ แก้ประจำเดือนมาไม่ปกติ  แก้ปวดประจำเดือน และขับน้ำคาวปลาในหญิงหลังคลอด ในด้านของแพทย์แผนไทยมีการใช้ยาประสะไพลเพื่อฟื้นฟูหญิงหลังคลอดมาตั้งแต่สมัยโบราญ เพราะยาประสะไพลเป็นยาที่มีรสร้อน จะช่วยให้ ร่างกายอบอุ่น น้ำนมไหลดี  ช่วยขับของเสียออกจากร่างกาย  และช่วยปรับสมดุลให้กับร่างกาย  ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นประสะไพลยังมีคุณสมบัติในการช่วยให้มดลูกคลายตัวและลดการอักเสบได้  ด้วยยาประสะไพลเป็นยาที่มีประสิทธิภาพสามารถช่วยฟื้นฟูหญิงหลังคลอดได้ดี ดังนั้นยาประสะไพลจึงเป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่งของตำรับยาสมุนไพรที่ควรนำไปใช้ในสถานบริการสาธารณสุขเพื่อฟื้นฟูหญิงหลังคลอด และควรได้รับการพัฒนาต่อไปในอนาคต

Abstract

        Prasaplai is herbal drug in the National List of Essential Medicines. It been used to cure Gynaecology diseases. This recipe consists of 81 parts of Zingiber Cassumunar Roxb. and 1 part of camphor. The other herbs are Citrus hystrix DC.peel, Acorus calamus L., Allium sativum L., Allium ascalonicum, Piper nigrum L., Piper retrofractum Vahl., Zingiber officinale Roscoe., Curcuma zedoaria Rose  ,Nigella sativa Linn, rock salt, 8 parts per each herb. The indication of Prasaplai are dysmenorrhea relief and excretion of amniotic fluid in post partum mother.

Thai Traditional Medical Doctors have used Prasaplai for health promotion in post partum mothers. Because Prasaplai is hot medicine. It cause worm to the body. Cause milk breast is good flow, Help to excretion the waste, and cause balance to the body. Moreover Prasaplai cause the Uterus is relax and reduce inflammation also. On account of Prasaplai can health promotion in post partum mothers be successful. Therefore Prasaplai is a choice of herbal drug that should to use in the Health facilities. In order to health promotion in post partum mothers and was developed in the future.
